My good friend Tricia and I have a yearly tradition. We carve pumpkins and also roast the pumpkin seeds. We usually make a night of it and goof off and always take a picture together.
This year she had a clever idea to make turkey pumpkins using a gourd and some dried corn stalk leaves for tail feathers. Our little creations turned out great! We didn’t make it to the pumpkin carving yet… but we plan to make the seeds soon.
Now we’re all set for Thanksgiving!
