This past weekend we had a lovely vacation throughout northern Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota (eh). Here are some pictures from the trip!
Beebalm field. We were looking for Elk and instead found some neat clearings. This one was full of beebalm.
This fawn was in a ditch.
They must be twins!
The toe shoes served me well during this trip.. they allowed me to scale various terrain like a ninja.
This is Gooseberry Falls near Two Harbors MN.
Kingsbury Creek in Duluth MN.
Fall is approaching.. the Sumac is starting to turn.
The forest around Kingsbury Creek.
Split Rock Lighthouse near Two Harbors MN. This is my favorite picture from the trip.
Copper Falls near Mellen WI. We did lots of hiking here. There were spectacular views everywhere you looked.
A woodpecker drilled into this tree and now the sap has covered the holes.
I’ve decided to save up for a nice camera. I love to take pictures. 😀
